🚌 CATA bus & trolley run throughout Cape Ann for convenient transportation
🚗 Bearskin Neck can be busy on weekends (12-6:30 PM). There is no onsite parking. You may unload belongings in front of the house, but you must park elsewhere. Parking downtown and walking is the best and easiest option. After booking, you can check our house manual for parking tips.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
