Welcome to The Crow’s Nest, a charming third-floor loft within the historic Sail Loft building on Bearskin Neck. Originally a bustling sail-making shop in the late 1800s, this beautifully restored space features exposed wooden beams, vintage maritime accents, and modern amenities for a boutique coastal retreat.

Bask in ocean breezes and natural sunlight streaming through the fully opening skylights, offering fresh air and stunning views of Rockport’s scenic coastline. Located just steps from Rockport’s best beaches, restaurants, and shops, this inviting space provides the perfect balance of seaside energy and relaxation.

The Space

This unique and airy loft includes:
✔ Entire third-floor apartment with an open-plan studio layout (climb 2 staircases to access the space)
✔ Two Queen-size beds (no private bedroom)
✔ Kitchenette with essentials (sink, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker)
✔ Coffee & tea provided
✔ Full bathroom with a shower (note: shower is small)

🚗 Bearskin Neck can be busy on weekends (12-6:30 PM)
🚫 No onsite parking. You may unload belongings in front of the house, but you must park elsewhere. Parking downtown and walking is the best and easiest option. After booking, check our house manual for parking tips.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
